If you are using Eudora 4.0 you should upgrade to 4.1 if you haven't already
done so. I found 4.0 to be pretty unstable and 4.1 to be a significant
improvement. It is a free upgrade from Eudora's site.
This is error sounds like a corrupted email is having trouble transferring to
you. I believe that you may try to retrieve it a couple more times before
calling your ISP and having them delete the offending message. It is also
possible that you have wandered in the "tools" , "directory services" area. I
can't help you there since I don't use that aspect of the program. There is
extensive context and search help files on-line in many of the menus.
