Yes, I had canker sores (mouth ulcers - I take it that is the same
thing?) my whole life. They stopped within a week of starting a
gluten-free diet, and I haven't had one since. I also regularly had
painful cracks at the corner of my mouth, which I took to be a form
of herpes. These have also vanished since going GF.
