We like a muffin called "Our Daily Muffin" distributed by a company called
American Marketplace Foods. Each muffin has 50% of RDA calcium, and 60%
vitamin A. Plus they're fat free and have 9g of fat per muffin. They're
advertised as dairy and yeast free, as well as 100% vegetarian.

We find the muffins at the local health food store and a local supermarket
chain. For product info, you can call 1-800-muffin-4u, or visit their web
site at www.ourdailymuffin.com
