My daughter (milk allergies) is starting preschool next
month (she is 2 years old). I am wondering if anyone can
give me advice as to how to prepare her teachers and parents?
I have talked to the administrators about it and they said
they had other milk allergic children in other classrooms,
they just posted info. What else do I need to do with the
teachers to prepare them? Fortunately its a Jewish School
so all products are Kosher and dairy free, but there is
still the chance of milk cartons entering the room and
cream cheese served with bagels.
I have the form from FAN to fill out as an alert and will
make sure an EPIPEN is placed in her classroom, what else?
Thanks,
Jill
