I believe that cheese contains more milk products/proteins than just casein.
If you test negative to casein, you *may* be able to eat foods with casein
in them, such as cool-whip and so-called "non-dairy creamers." But some
people who are allergic to milk have problems with casein.
As I see it, if you're allergic to milk, you should stay away from all milk
products, at least for a while.
