I don't see how you could do this without having allergy testing. I found out
I was lactose intolerant by eliminating ALL dairy products and then
reintroducing them. It could have been a milk allergy also but I had already
been skin tested so I knew that wasn't my problem. Lactose intolerance causes
very definite symptoms and there is a lag time between eating the food and the
symptoms. Good luck, Diane
