I'd suggest taking any recipe and using the potato based DariFree as a milk
substitute. Problem is it is calcium enriched and you'll have to mail order
from the US. Call A&A Amazing foods at 800-497-4834 or 916-972-9142.

Every US supermarket carries calcium enriched OJ. All health food stores,
and a few supermarkets, carry Rice Dream.

We do have Minute Maid in Canada, but it doesn't have Calcium and likely
won't in the near future because the government here will not allow
supplements added.  For the same reason, we cannot get Dari-Free here.
