FDA & US FDA is one in the same.  The US just stands for
United States.<<

Just to clarify, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration)
and the US FDA are the same, but the USDA is different.
USDA (US Dept. of Agriculture)

FDA governs the labeling of most food products except meat;
USDA governs labeling of meat products.  Labeling requirements
of the FDA are more stringent than those of the USDA.
