I'm pregnant with my second child ( < 4weeks left!) and got nasty leg
cramps from having an imbalance in my phosphorous:calcium ratio. I was
trying to nibble on more granola bars at work to ward off the hunger and
didn't increase the calcium at the time. So I know from experience that
they interact- maybe this should be a warning to those who eat a lot of
grains (soybean has a lot of P also) to remember to get calcium.
