I would appreciate info on casein. I was actually told to stay away from
BOVINE proteins which means beef, veal, all dairies and derivates, gelatine
and derivates. I am also on low starch + gluten free. It is working quite
well but I am still sick with diarrhea a few days / week. I am thinking
about looking into casein but I am lacking info. Thank you in advance to
anyone who would take time to give me A URL or other ref.
I am from French Quebec so...I hope my English is understandable.
