I wish this were the case for me too!  I am on a strict dairy-free diet
(also for the last 6 months) for my breastfed milk-allergic baby, but I have
noticed no improvement in my inhalant allergies or any other aspects of my
health ;-(  I guess that is partially good news since it means I can
probably go back to milk products when Matthew is weaned, but it would have
been nice to be getting a bonus health benefit for myself out of this
abstinence ;-)  I guess I will really know for sure when I do go back on
milk, whether or not I notice any problems with it.
