Hi, Linda,

Milk is for baby cows not for people. it can cause terrible conditions
in children, ranging from diabetes, to ear infections and asthma.

Yogurt is already digested by the bacteria that is used in making it, so
is more acceptable to young stomachs. It sounds as if your child is
lactose intolerant and should not be encouraged to eat other forms of
dairy prodcuts.

According to several vegetarian doctors that I know of, milk does not
give you calcium, but it does give too much protein which can help to
leaqch the calcium from ones bones.

Cows are given many antibiotics and hormones these days and the milk has
become highly dangerous because it retains a lot of this.

good luck Maggie
