Just to clear up any further misconception, the rice bread mix I use
does not contain wheat starch.  The ingredients are as follows:

Rice flour, potato starch, canola oil, sugar, carboxymethyl cellulose,
salt.

It's another product they make that contains wheat starch and from what
they told me on the phone they have discontinued that product...
