Hi there my name is Betty,
I have celiac disease with fibromyalgia,headache.
I have to stay away from sugar,salt ,milk,and the other grains,colorflavoring.
Can some one help me with recipes files of any kind?
I have had celiac disease sence 12 years.The doctor around here itn't called
it that.
They said they didn't know what it was.
The hosipal,don't know about it either.
Lost in space.
