I spoke with Cathy at the above # this afternoon and the Beef Franks that
are stamped "Kosher for Passover" (you can also see that the hydrolized
protein has been replaced with potato starch) "should be" gluten free.  I
called to ask about the unspecified natural flavors and spices.  She also
said that they only recommend freezing them (the franks) for a few months
-- this was in response to my comment that I ought to stock up and toss
them in the freezer.  She also offered to send me their list of
gluten-containing and gluten-free products.  She was extremely nice.
