  I'm sure you've seen this before but maybe not....

go to http://chid.nih.gov
and then go to "simple search"  set the number of entries to like 50 if
you want, and then enter    celiac    in the search term and hit
search.  lots of references to celiac related information.  Even a
celiac coloring activity book  :)
