--In reply to Sharon's query about aspirin reaction - I ahve experienced a
reaction which, according to my dermatologist, is known as a fixed drug
eruption, and is in my case almost cetainly caused by panadol - a
proprietary name for a paracetamol based painkiller.
As it's the only thing I take, I am, sure this is the cause of the problem,
which exhibits itself as red circular patches n the body, in warm areas!! it
itches occasionally - it may be that other drugs have similar effects in
other people, and I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had similar
problems.
