I am a biopsy confirmed celiac of one year. My 88 year old grandmother
has had diarrhea problems for many years. Within the last six months her
attacks have become more frequent. She is in good health - both
physically and mentally - except for that. I am wondering if she also
has celiac. We all know what an adjustment the g-f diet is. I know
there are varying degrees of sensitivity. If my grandmother greatly
reduces her gluten intake, would this reduce her symptoms? I am afraid
that she would not be willing to make the change to a g-f diet at her
age. If any of you have faced similar circumstances, I would appreciate
your input!

Thanks in advance!

Kathleen
