Hi all--
I got caught out of town for several days unexpectedly and wasn't able to
stick to my diet very well. Since then (4 days) I have been a basket case,
crying all day and feeling physically and emotionally weak. Some things
have happened to upset me the past few days, but nothing that should be
this upsetting. I have read a few people mentioning depression-like
responses to deviating from the diet. Does anyone have any advice or
experiences like this to share with me? Thank you all in advance.
