I recently found out the Bread and Circus chain is nationwide.  They go by
other names however.  Here in California they are called "Whole Foods
Market" (formerly Mrs. Gooche's).

I recently visited thier Glendale, CA. store and was amazed at the
selection of foods they carried.  The manager there was very helpful.  I
had called earlier asking if they had a GF listing of their products and
she had one waiting for me.  She said that it was not complete but they
were working on a complete one.

She tried to tell me that some celiac's did well with spelt.  :-P  I gently
informed her that this is not true.  So as always be careful and read your
lables.
