I have had this argument with our local grocery store in regards to labels
on the sausage meat.  It states 100% pure pork meat.  They say "Of course,
there are binders in it to hold it together but the meat is 100% pure pork".
I told them it was a very misleading label and could be detrimental to the
health of some people and they didn't seem too concerned, because "everyone
should know that sausage meat has fillers in it".  I guess I'm just not one
of those people.

Now I only buy pure ground beef or pure ground pork to make whatever needs
making.
