Hi Friends,
Why am I upset? Because last Friday I called a certain company to
find out if their product was gluten free, and they told me yes on the
phone. Then today I get their list of Gluten Free products, and find out
the the item I _specifically_ asked about is NOT gluten free. I had been
using the product daily. To their credit, the list and the letter they
sent to me were very explicit about which products were not safe, and what
the offending grains were.
All week I have just been ravenously hungry, irritable, etc. Today
I woke up and felt so bad I wanted to stay home from school. I was bloated
and had brainfog. I am so bloated that I look pregnant! Do you know how
hard it is to sit for 1 to 2 hours of lecture with brain fog and enough gas
in you to blow out the whole building? (well of course you can relate)
The only thing that has given me at least some comic relief was
watching the Drew Carey show last night...if you saw it you know what I
mean. Today in classes I just kept remembering last nights episode, and I
couldn't help it, I smiled in spite of my discomforts. :^)

Thanks for "listening" to me rant,
Lynda
