I just received this list of gluten free sauces from V-H Foods in Montreal.
I do not know if they distributed in the US. I hope this will be of some help.

Dip In Sauces:

Sweet'n Sour dip-in
Cherry Sauce
Plum Sauce
Hot Plum Sauce
Honey Mustard Dip-in

Spareribs Sauces:

Teriyaki sauce for spareribs
Garlic Sauce
Dry Garlic spareribs sauces ( stron, medium, mild)
Spareribs sauce (no garlic)
Honey Garlic Spareribs sauce

Cooking Sauces:

Polynesian sauce
Cantonese Pineapple Sauce
Sweet'n Sour sauce

Stir Fry Sauces:

Mandarin, Sweet'n Sour, Teriyaki, Szchewan

Soya Sauce regular and Lite
Teriyaki meat marinade
Bean sprouts (Chop Suey)

I am presently being tested for celiac disease, my only symptom is anemia
and there I rely on this list for information about contaminated foods. I
would not know if I have ingested gluten, no discomfort whatsoever. Although
this is a blessing, it certainly has some drawbacks.
Thank you all

Elaine
