I was asked a question by a general physician and couldn't answer it.
Hopefully someone out there can help me.  The doctor asked me if a person
with celiac sprue would also test positive for an allergic reaction to wheat,
oats, rye, and barley.  I had the IgA test and knew it was positive, but I
didn't know if that is the same test as an allergy test.  I would assume it
isn't, but I don't like to assume.
