Howdy,

Here is a summary of foods high in zinc.  I am not a doctor and I don't
play one on TV.

fish, legumes, meats, oysters, poultry, seafood and whole grains.
Significant quantities of zinc are found in brewers yeast (a no-no), egg
yolks, lamb chops, lima beans, liver, mushrooms, pecans, pumpkin seeds,
sardines, seeds, soy lecithin, soybeans, sunflower seeds and tourla.

Also spinach and cashews.

Liver was noted a number of times.
