Some time ago, I stopped using Velveeta because it was reported on the list
that it is not GF. Looking at the package, I don't see any ingredients that I
would normally consider a problem (and I do try to be very careful). I tried
all kinds of recipes, and I haven't found any other cheese that my children
find acceptable for macaroni and cheese, one of their favorite dishes (with
corn macaroni, of course). We used Velveeta for a very long time between my
daughter's diagnosis and my seeing on the list that we shouldn't be using it,
and she never had any reaction to it.

Does anyone have any experience with this cheese to suggest that it is or is
not a problem -- other than Kraft's general surliness in responding to
queries about a food's GF status?
