dear listmembers,
our 3-yr old daughter was diagnosed with CD a few months ago, and we are
facing our first post-CD-diagnosis thanksgiving. the turkey chef would
like to cook the non-GF stuffing inside a GF turkey (our daughter would
eat turkey, but not stuffing, anything green, etc.). is this likely to
cause a contamination problem?
