Steven raises an interesting issue, about changing our diets to mirror
cultures which are GF historically. I'd like it very much if anyone has
information (web-based or not) about modern cultures whose diets are GF.
I'd also like hearing from our Asian listmembers about what their diets
are like, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, since that's what comes to mind
when I think of culturally GF diet.
