Lissy--

I read somewhere when I first went on a GF diet that the ability to
digest fats is impaired in people with celiac sprue, and that taking
evening primrose oil capsules would provide the necessary fat in a more
easily digestible form. I've been taking them daily, and find they
control my own craving for fats. I can't remember where I read this, and
I was reading everything I could at the time. But I have done a medical
database search, and found it's a perfectly safe food supplement--though
not cheap. If you really aren't getting enough fat and want to try
another form of vegetable oil, maybe it would help.
