Hi,

I know one of the problems with us not being doctors is that we sometimes
attribute reactions to the wrong trigger, etc.
I have one of those cases....vanilla extract and a possible gluten type
reaction.

The product is "Frontier" Alcohol-Free Vanilla Flavor. It was recommended to
us by a health food store owner whose wife is a celiac and he guaranteed that
it was gluten free (and he may be right). BUT my wife used it in an angel
food cake yesteday and in a few other cakes and cookies in the last
week.....and I have had a poor couple of days....maybe no relationship..but
maybe there is.

The product is made in Norway and lists only glycerine, and what I think
translates as oil of vanilla.

Anyone have any experience with this product. I need to know because I
recommended it to our celiac support group at our last meeting.
Thanks,
Taylor Cushmore
