I have been off Gluten as much as humanly possible since last October.
I recently started getting terrible heartburn. My upper abdomen under
my rib cage is excrutiatingly sore, and when I press on it to massage
the area, which I have been told loosens up the gas, it feels like I
have moveable golf balls in there. I assume they are pockets of gas.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Just as I think I am feeling
better, something else happens. I'm very discouraged right now.
Any feedback, with possible solutions to help stop the heartburn, would
be appreciated.
I have been eating tapioca bread daily. Could this be the contributing
to the problem?
Thank you,
Judy in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
