Hi everybody.
Thanx so much for such wonderful participation by both listowners and
subscribers! I've learned so much and am getting ready to make the change
away from milk. One of our daughters has allergy shiners, is ADD, has
constant sinus congestion so we're getting ready to remove 90% of the milk
in our children's diet. They will no longer dring milk "straight". I
haven't seen enough info though about yellow cheese and yogurt. Because of
more extensive processing, do they still contain the high levels of growth
hormones? How about dried milk? Is this safer to use for cooking purposes?

Has anyone else taken their children off of milk after years of freely
drinking it? What advise would you give? Should we substitute rice or soy
milk or just get them accustomed to drinking say water instead?

After much conversation about our diets and how it affects our health, our
girls are pretty receptive to making the change. Wish us luck!

Thanx in advance for any and all advice!
Jeny
