I just returned the copyedited version of a book chapter via Federal
Express to the editor but was unable to answer a query regarding one
of my references.  The missing information was the inclusive page
numbers of the following item:
 
        Breuer, J., & Freud, S. (1986).  Studies in hysteria.  In the
Standard Edition of the Complete psychological works of Sigmund Freud.
Vol. 2.  London:  Hogarth Press.
 
        I hoped that one of your scholars of psychoanalysis out there would
have a copy of the Standard Edition near at hand and would be able to
supply these page numbers for me.
