Here is more info about the product I use, in case you have trouble
finding an acceptable lactase supplement.  The tablets I use are called
"Say Yes to Dairy".  They are made by Nature's Plus and the product
number is 4440.

Of course, most health food stores carry a variety of lactase products
and you may find something you like better.  You will have to let us know
about that.
