Please elaborate...how much calcium does sesame have??  I use sesame
seeds in recipes instead of nuts, as I have one child who is severely
allergic to nuts; the other is severely allergic to milk.  Our cookies
and cakes are very interesting!  I'd love to know more about the
nutritional value of sesame, if the poster of that message knows.
