Hi Everyone,

Sorry I didn't realize that I couldn't send things from disk or word
perfect. I will type it out. If anyone can add to this-please do.

Hazel Green

lactalbumin (milk protein)
malted milk
milk solids
potassium caseinate
whey
whey powder
yogurt
custard
pudding
cream
margarine (Fleishmann's twin pack 100% guarranteed milk-free)
this is the only one that I found run on its own line
butter
some mayonaise
sour cream

coffee whiteners
ice cream
lactate
sherbet
non-dairy creamer
ghee

hydrolysed milk proteins
seasonings.

These are the things that I have to watch out for since my daughter is
anaphylactic to milk protein. Feel free to add to it.

P.S. Doesn't anyone support our schools policy to keep the allergen out
of a child's classroom? If anyone does please email me as I would like
to add your support to the letters I already have and present them to
the board before FEB. 17 when they have their meeting. This policy will
be the trendsetter for other schools and support from all over will
surely help.

Thanks Hazel Green
