I have tried the tofu sour cream from The Farm cookbook which I have in
front of me now.  They also have a tofu cream cheese recipe which is very
much like the sour cream except thicker.  My son loves it (he's 5) and so
do I.

In The Farm cookbook (which also uses no eggs in recipes and has a lot of
creative ideas) they have a couple of tofu cream pie recipes which my son
loves.  It is grainier than dairy cheesecake for example and might be an
acquired taste but my family loves it and for a little boy who has never
been able to have dairy it is his favorite.  (In fact he insisted on having
it at his Kindergarten birthday party which the I attended.  I told him the
other kids might not like it and, though most did like it one little girl
almost gagged on it.)

I am just about to make the tofu cream cheese for lunch today.  I have
played with the recipe and hide cooked pureed yellow squash in it which my
son also loves in it.

If anyone wants the recipes please let me know.
