Be careful about cold-pressed oils if you have other allergies.  They can
contain traces of the proteins from the source, whereas the normal (heat
extarcted?) oils have been shown not to.  With a soy allergy, I can have
"regular" soybean oil (and soya lecithin) but not cold-pressed soy oil.
