I am allergic to  cows milk - but I find that both goats and sheeps milk/yoghurt/cheese/ice cream in
moderation are generally OK, but goats milk tends to be very rich - so I dilute it with water 1:1.  However I
have never tested this with an allergy test and tend not to use a great deal of either.
