Welcome Marilyn,

We used goat's milk for about a year before my eldest also became
allergic to it.  It makes a great yogurt and yogurt cheese and cooks up
nicely in anything asking for milk.  Separate recipes are not needed.  I
could only find whole goat's milk, but it can be found pretty easily.
