Jill,
I attended the one in Baltimore last year....flew up there from South Florida.
My 5-year-old has an anaphylactic allergy to cow's milk. And yes, it was worth
the cost of plane fare and hotel accomodations!

I learned a lot about legal issues, emergency plans, medical care and
research. And I was pleased to network with others in similar situations. For
the first time, my son's severe allergy wasn't an odd thing, but something
everyone could relate to on one level or another.
