This list, like most lists run on listserv software, has a DIGEST mode. When
set to digest all you get is one message a day with all the individual
messages appended together. It is then very easy to skim through them and
see what interests you.
 
To set to DIGEST mode send in the body of a message SET NO-MILK DIGEST to
the listserv address, which is [log in to unmask]
 
To stop DIGEST mode send a message with SET NO-MILK MAIL. There is also a
third mode, NOMAIL, where you don't get anything, but remained subscribed to
the list. This mode is useful when you go on vacation.
