Yes, this is true. Parve may be a stricter standard than most people here
need. But I read the label a few extra times if there is a dairy indicator
on the product! If I choose to eat it I would usually call the company first
to find out why it is considered dairy, in case I missed something, or in
case it is processed on dairy machines that were potentially not well cleaned,
etc. (As opposed to machines used for dairy a year ago, say)
