A recent study found margarine eaters were twice as likely to have a heart
attack as butter eaters. I recommend olive oil. For toast there is no
reason to put something between the bread and jelly. For sandwiches one can
use mayonnaise, which can be made from olive oil. For baked potatoes use
 olive oil.

Don,
There is a new margarine on the market called Spectrum Spread... the first of
it's kind, made with no transfatty acids... it's soy based.
