You know, one thing that I can say is I never feel hopeless. Only empowered!
 I am soo excited 1)to find others like me (especially in my area); 2) to
find foods that I can avoid and NEVER get sick from; 3) to see that research
is possible.

Let's look at the 1/2 full glass today.

Also--don't feel deprived-go "binge" on some yummy foods that DON"T make you
sick (I like a big bowl of popcorn or creamed corn).
