Forgive any possible redundancy, but did anyone see the tv show ER a few
weeks ago? A man was rushed into the hospital and given 72 hours to live
unless he had surgery. The cause - a very infected intestinal system. And
when Dr. Anspa (sp?) held up the X-ray, he said, "This celiac is shot..."
(not literally shot) and went on to discuss more symptoms of the disease
gone undetected for so long. Thought it was nice to see that kind of
(albeit minor) exposure.
