Hi:
Awhile ago someone listed a pizza dough recipe, and one of the
ingredients it listed was 1/3 cup potato starch flour. Now, I went
to the health food store and they had bins of potato starch and bins
of potato flour. So is it suppose to be 1/3 cup potato starch and 1/3
cup potato flour???? I can't find anything that exists as potato
starch flour. Please respond to me personally. Thank you.
