I received my Jowar flour yesterday and made banana bread using the
recipe sent out earlier this week. Great Stuff!! Not heavier than
usual banana bread, egg free, and gluten free. I substituted the
Jowar flour for the flour mixture, and didn't skimp on the egg
replacer or baking powder.
