I apoligize in advance if this has been covered, looked but did not find
elsewhere.

What is currently available for the consumer along the lines of a portable,
fast, accurate test for Gluten content.

When I went to my local Health Food store ( which has products from Gluten
Free Pantry ) and asked, they seemed to think I was asking for something
like a Glucose test. They said I would need a prescription in any case, and
that they knew of no such product being sold retail.

Thanks,
