Thanks to all who sent me messages privately. Some encouraged me to seek
further, some sent supporting documentation for more thorough
analysis(thank you), and some just said let it be.
I found myself responding in detail, having thought it through, and thought
I would share these thoughts:
I think the 'diagnosis' and 'finding the right doctor' just does not sit
well with me for one strange reason.
About 10 years ago, I had a severe depression, which appeared to be linked
to my menstrual cycle. An acquaintence recommended me to a dr that
specialized in such things. I had a $200 interview with her, during which
time she said 'my symptoms were classic' and that she (and she alone) had a
series of blood tests that could verify if there was a link between my
depression and the workings of my thyroid. I was scheduled to appear at
'her lab' which was run by her Husband, the following week for another $$$$
series of tests.
Somehow I was lucky, as she and her husband were arrested during that week.
It made front page news. I forget the exact complaint, but basically fraud.
So, in that case I had sought a 'specialist' in the area, and it was the
wrong thing to do. In fact, it could have been simply the 'gluten' way
back then... and food was not something I suspected, altho my lactose was
diagnosed about a year after that.....
I do not care if I don't have a certified case of Celiac. I have relief,
and an answer. As long as I can look a Pastry in the face and just say NO,
I am cured<<<G>>>
